Our models for project delivery include:

EPC - Engineering, Procurement & Construction means WGE Group is contracted to provide engineering, procurement and construction services by the owner/financier. Think Design & Construct style contract, where the project is largely Contractor managed and the cost risk and control are weighted towards WGE Group and away from the owner/financier. WGE Group has direct contracts with the construction contractors.

EPCM - Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management means WGE Group is contracted to provide engineering, procurement and construction management services. Other companies are contracted by the owner/financier directly to provide construction services and they are usually managed by WGE Group on the owner/financier's behalf. EPCM contracts are largely owner managed and the cost risk and control is weighted towards the owner/financier.
