With more than 40 years of industry experience, Tom is the founder of WGE Group. He has virtually done it all, or at least he's done most of it, and retains his enthusiasm for continued learning and involvement. His collaborative, unambiguous, "let's get to the point" approach has earned him the respect of his colleagues, contemporaries and of the numerous up and coming engineers and trainees that he guides and directs.Tom's numerous achievements are a credit to his commitment to WGE Group, his tenacity and genuine belief that the best outcomes are achieved by working together to get the job done.
Douglas Anderson - General Manager WGE Group Services
Douglas Anderson joined the WGE Group in 2002, and in his time with the group he has witnessed and been an integral part of its steady growth. With over 38 years of industry experience in On Site Construction and Mechanical Maintenance projects, Douglas Anderson has lead the WGE Group through various key milestone projects including the 2009 BlueScope Steel No.5 Blast Furnace Reline in Port Kembla. Douglas Anderson has his eyes firmly set on the future as the WGE Group continues to diversify into other key markets delivering to a whole range of diverse customer base.Daniel Castelli- Senior Supervisor In Charge of HAYCO Operations
Daniel is one of WGE Group's longest serving employees and is an authority on Hayco Way of doing things. Daniel displays 'Metson-like' selflessness in promoting the best interests of the organisation as a whole and in mentoring and supporting WGE Group people. Across the spectrum of staff, clients, owner-operators, suppliers and subcontractors, many people will testify to his loyalty, integrity and client focus.Daniel applies a well proven formula that blends just the right amount of business and social endeavour to realise a result for everyone that can be enjoyed to the last drop. Daniel's support of a growing estimating team has positioned Hayco Manufacturing to respond to the needs of our existing clients and to new opportunities. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE MECH).
