At WGE Group we believe our most precious resource is our human resource. We also recognise today's youth are tomorrow leaders in our industry. At WGE Group we play an active role in nuturing that developing talent through a range of Apprenticeships in Boilermaking, Fitting & Turning, Carpentry and Concreting.

WGE Group has been supporting the NSW Training awards for nearly 30 years. The NSW Training Awards are conducted annually by the NSW Department of Education and Communities (DEC) to recognise outstanding achievement in the vocational education and training sector. The Awards honour and reward the achievements of students, trainers/teachers, training organisations, large and small employers.
