Workshop:
75 Metres x 48 Metres divided into 3 bays, Machinin, Fitting, Metal Fabrication.
Band saws
Fixtures:
  • 8 Overhead cranes, lifting capacity up to 60 Tonnes with 9 metres under the hook.
  • 6 Lathes up to 1350mm swing x 8000mm long.
  • Vertical borer up to 1700mm diametre x 1400mm height.
  • Horizontal borer up to 1800mm travel x 1775mm height.
  • Induction heater for bearings up to 250kgs.
  • 2 Bandsaws 600mm x 800mm cross section
  • Computer controlled oxy/propane profile 16 metre x 3 metre bed
  • Protable Plasma cutter
  • Robotic welding for repetitive task
